and I am not talking about myself during this rainy spring…
I’m talking about the German-Norwegian band The Whitest Boy Alive. For those of you familiar with The Kings of Convenience, you will recognize TWBA’s lead vocals/guitarist Erlend Øye. In 2003 he teamed up with drummer Sebastian Maschat, bassist Marcin Oz and Daniel Nentwig on piano and never turned back. Really, how could they when they’re producing such feel-good, mellow-down tracks you can’t help but love?
Since then they have been putting out their unique sound and while it’s been a couple years since they have released an album, when they do, it will surely be great and you can rest assured that we will be waiting for their tour to begin!

Another example of when a remix goes horribly right, this last track is done by Fred Falke and it’s flawless. One of my all time favorite tracks, it takes me back to the beach in Mexico every time I hear it:
